Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and neat, the breakfast excellent, loved the free newspaper in the morning.
Cons: Far from the city centre, it takes about an hour to get there via a tram and metro. hotel is situated next to the highway, so even in the late hours you can hear a low humming coming from there, though it is ok.

Cons: Slightly out of the way location,the 'double' bed was actually 2 singles pushed together so there was a gap!, had to pay £10 for 24hrs internet.

Pros: The hotel room was always clean and tidy with clean towels put out often. the staff there spoke great english and were really kind and friendly. the jacuzzi was wonderful and the overall impression of the hotel was fantastic and up market.
Cons: Nothing negative really, we would have liked there to be a swimming pool and felt some of the prices in the main resturant were a bit steep but generally nothing bothered us. its a lovely hotel.

Cons: Yes. the breakfast bufet was acceptable but doesn't justify 11 euros! internet costs a lot. although we stayed for 7 nights, only the bathroom was cleaned rather than the rest of the room (the room was cleaned only twice). please, try to bring beds without wheels (it reminds me of staying in hospital!). the tv remote in our room was broken!
