Pros: Modern and perfectly clean rooms with air-conditioning and private bathroom. excellent price to quality factor (we've paid only 50 euro/night on special offer).

Pros: Bcn montjuic is a nice, simple no frills hotel. it's clean, the staff a friendly, rooms are nice and warm. having you're own kitchenette is a great money saving feature as i didn't have to eat out every time i was hungry. it's a ten minute walk walk from montjuic park and a 20 minute walk from the 1992 olympic stadium which feature fantastic views of barcelona city on one side and the harbour and mediterranean on the other.
more importantly though it's a short 5 minute walk (down the hill this time) from placa espanya which as a metro station on 2 lines and provides easy access to sagrada familia, parc guella (casa de gaudi is in this park) and les ramblas.
i would fully recommend this hotel, the staff also speak english well which makes things very easy too.

Pros: Excellent value for money - well executed modern concept - quiet location but easy access to city centre via public transport - helpful/friendly staff - self-service breakfast.
