Nice and clean hotel. Serviceminded staff. Good location. A loot of restaurants and bars and 20 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. We recommend the touristbusses, hop on and off. A good way to see everything in Barcelona.

The hotel is quite nice. The room is new and clean. The location is great.Only one thing I am not happy is the service of the hotel, I am not EU citizen, I need a confirmation letter of reservation from hotel to apply a schengen visa. I contacted to the hotel several times by e-mails, they did not response at all. Finally I phoned them, and their staff could not communicate well in English.

our stay was perfect. we were really satisfied with the room and the services provided. the location (next to the subway) was the reason why we selected your hotel at the first place. although we chose not to have breakfast in the hotel, the room, which was clean and tidy, made a great impression.

Pros: A very nice hotel, very clean, tidy, and staff were friendly and helpful. located on av. del paralelo. it's about a 15-20 min stroll to the main tourist hot spot (la rambla). there are buses right outside the hotel (no. 57 and 157) takes you right down to the beach and cost €1.45 each way (as of sept 2011) in addition there is a metro right opposite. we had breakfast buffet every day which for barcelona is good value for money at €9.50 (as of sept 2011) and it caters for all european tastes.
Cons: On a negative side the rooms don’t have balconies, no swimming pool. the area around the hotel is fairly graffiti’d but we didn’t hear or see any problems and locals were not intimidating but were generally very nice

Pros: Spotlessly clean rooms, safe in room was very useful, pleasant building, excellent facilities, helpful staff.
Cons: I would definitely stay again on a trip back to barcelona. however, i would like the opportunity to pre-order a kettle for the room on my next stay, so i can have a cup of tea at any time (i would not expect this to be standard practice outside the uk, so not a true negative).

Pros: We were happy and comfortable with our stayay, staff very helpfull and a happy hotel
Cons: Did not affect our stay but there was lots of road noise,first impressions on our floor (5th) carpet were stain by bleach in hallway and room which let it down,trip hazard as you left the carpet area to the tiled lift area all this said as constructive critisism we would use the hotel again.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, good value for money,staff were very helpful regarding the use if the metro, bus and leaving luggage. the metro is only across the road from it and is only 2 stops into the main centre:)
