Pros: The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the hotel is. the location is ideal for visiting granada with the tour bus leaving from the end of the street, and the ticket booth opposite the hotel. all you need is right there including a wonderful restaurant which serves steak alhambra, the most wonderful steak i have ever eaten - truly superb - we even stayed an extra night we were so impressed
Cons: The staff did not know where the ticket booth was, which was incredible as it could be seen from the windows of the hotel. also, they did not give receipts for my payments which almost led to me having to pay twice, when they also forgot to log that into the system. they want to photocopy your passport too which made me very uncomfortable and i was not informed of that at any time during the booking. the owner was wonderful though and smoothed out any issues - it would not put me off staying again though they do need to improve the service a little
