Pros: Helpful staff. this is a budget hotel and expectations should reflect that. well situated for exploring granada on foot or by bus or taxi. staff ever willing to call taxis/give advice but not the bi-multilingual staff of more expensive hotels. but fun.
Cons: Adjacent to another hotel of a similar marque, where a student/backpacker party prevented sleep until the wee small hours............but hey, we were on a jolly, not a business trip.
