"holiday"

Good Hotel, big rooms no noice from the street and on a central location close to the city centre. Friendly staff. Only remark is that you have to pay for your safe. This should be standard in a room.

"Excellent location."

Found staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, No street noise, although did hear some other guests coming back at 3am.Good choices at breakfast. Machine coffee especially good. Swimming pool though technically open in Feb, was unheated, so we didn't use it!The safe in the room didn't work, and if you want tea/coffee you will have to take your own water boiler or kettle.Best thing about this hotel is its central location - handy walking distance from Cibeles and Sol, shops in Gran Via (eg Zara, H&M - if you have teenagers with you), and metro station 2 mins walk.

"Not bad, not excellent though"

We stayed there for 10 nights. We lived on the 1st floor and it was sooo noisy in the night because of the garbage machine... Also the bedclothes were changed just once, and air conditioner didn't work properly.But the location is perfect, close to both art triangle and shopping center. And all the stuff were kind and really helpful.

hotel great location, on one of the mornings there was no hot water.i rang to enquire about this and found reception rude and not helpful.

"Very good location"

Pros: Very good location
Cons: The air con in the room wasn't working, as a result the room was too hot. as the hotel is on a main road we couldn't open the window as there was too much noise.
the bathtub in the room was blocked.
the door of the freeze in the room was broken, had to put a chair in front of it to keep it closed.
we informed the hotel staff about the problems and the only one they fixed was the freeze door.
the air con didn't work during our 3 night stay there and the bathtub remained blocked.

"Very polite and accomodating staff! they accomodated our every request..."

Pros: Very polite and accomodating staff! they accomodated our every request from iron/ironing board to holding our luggage before and after check in to give us time to explore the city. they also accomodated us by giving us a room in the back of the hotel off the busy street as we are light sleepers. i would recommend this hotel to my friends and family!
