Pros: It is a hostal, not a hotel, as advertised on easy to book - don't know if that is the hostal's attempt to lure people in or not.. but it is a huge establishment, the manager used his gps just to show me to my room as it was so far away and complicated! for a hostal it was fine, but i thought i was booking a hotel so i felt misled.
Cons: I was using the kitchen which was left open my first 2 days there. after that, it was locked and a sign appeared noting it was for staff only. my food was locked inside and i wish the staff had just made it clear initially or communicated verbally with me about that issue! only other problem - the usual noise in hostals from neighbouring rooms of young people getting ready to go out late at night and coming in loudly at 4am in the morning!
