Pros: Good location. comfortable accomodation
Cons: We have been using an international phone card for years, which we have used countless times in many countries, on phones at hotels, hostels and even payphones. we have never had a connection or additionalfee, besides what we pay to recharge the card. as we were checking out at the claridge, we were given a bill for 19 euros for phone calls. the desk clerk was unable to explain why we were charged for phone calls even though we had been using a phone card, or why there were different amounts for different calls, when all the calls were to the same phone card number. we have contested the bill, but the hassle of a bill and the fact that this is the only time we have ever had an issue was definately a negative.

Pros: So much value for money! location was terrific and room was unexpectedly large!
Cons: Website said wireless internet was free. it was not. it was not even available in the room. you have to go downstairs to the lobby to use your prepaid wifi card. as well, to get to the elevator you have to carry your bags a flight of stairs!
