the room we booked (studio) was offered with a discription of higher leveled rooms. the bathes only got a coloured renewing and and some new sanitary facilitiesthe location and the reseptionservice were perfect

Pros: The staff were warm and friendly. the room was fantastic... it had a loft style sleeping area that made the space feel like an apartment instead of a room. the breakfasts were very good, european style. we definitely recommend room mate laura!
Cons: The in room phone didn't work, but they let me use the office phone for local calls.

Pros: Almost quiet even if the location is really very central.
very kind and smiling staff.
nice design and concept in the room.
beautiful view from the studio (top level)on the roofs of houses and the opera.
Cons: Reception, rooms and breakfast room are very nice, colorfull and design, but the corridors are rather sad and carpets would need to be changed...

Pros: We were a day and a half late due to travel problems and the staff could not have been more helpful. the room was immaculate and the staff that we dealt with were all fantastic.

Pros: Beautiful spacious rooms, good location really good breakfast.
Cons: We got yelled at for speaking too loud even though we had just come from a long trip and trying to settle in to a new hotel with a large family and disabled child. the receptionist got very rude and did not make us feel welcome the first day. the next day he was nicer but the damage was done.

Pros: L'hôtel est parfaitement situé. les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup d'originalité et sont très fonctionnelles. le personnel est souriant, avenant et très professionnel. c'était mon deuxième séjour à cet hôtel et j'y retournerais sans hésiter.
