Polite & courteous staff, took the time to show us three room types. The room we chose was large clean & comfortable., the only thing missing was tea & coffee facilities.We found breakfast to be expensive compared to what can be found within a short walk.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of madrid, in the nicest place in Gran Via. Very clean rooms, with friendly staff. The experience was just great, and at a very good price. Would highly recommend this place!!!

We all enjoyed our stay at the Tryp Cibeles Madrid very much and would choose to stay there again. The hotel was very clean, the rooms large enough to be comfortable and we can recommend the views from the rooms on the 6th floor. Hotel staff were very helpful.
