Cons: We ordered a double non-smoking room. we arrived late evening and we were told that for a double room they have only smoking available. we wanted to see and smell the room (which was very bad) and when we said we don't wish to take it, the staff was very annoyed and not pleasant. we needed to stand our ground, and only then suddenly a double non-smoking room was "cancelled" and we could have it.

Pros: The room was clean. as in many european rooms, the double bed was actually to singles together. nice double sink bathroom. the breakfast is included and has a variety of items, including scrambled eggs.
Cons: The windows are not well isolated, so a lot of noise came through. the city is updating the tram system and they were working just across the hotel. the work stopped at 5 pm and the area, while busy due to the world cup, calmed down around 10:30-11:00 pm.
