 "depressing room"
Quite a depressing room. Not at all like the pictures on the web site. The bed was okay and I think you can call the room large considering the type of hotel. Very close to Earl's Court Underground station. So a good place to explore London. But you don't want to spend any time in your room.

 "Good price for 6person room with great location."
We had three rooms and there was some good and bad things in every room. Over all location was very good and value of money also good.

 "stay at the 37 Collingham Place London"
service was really good - very friendly peopleclose to a good tube station & supermarket& nice have a microwave in the roombut, the mattresses were not very good...also, the location of the room was not pleasant (below the entrance floor)thanks

Cons: I reserved a room for 6. got there and there where 5 single beds. they fixed it the next day by adding another bed but that left no room to walk in the room. the guy at the counter told me i could park in front of the building. i had to pay 270 pounds to get the boot removed from my car. the credit card machine didnt work so we had to pay cash. there wasnt even a trash can in the room. the place smelled bad. never again!

 "The location of the hotel was good"
Pros: The location of the hotel was good. the person at reception when i arrived was pleasant.
Cons: The room had a stuffy smell. although the bedding was clean, the room itself looked generally scruffy. the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and there were hairs on the shower wall and no soap/shower gel, just an empty shampoo bottle.
