 "Cheap hotel in a posh location."
Excellent location close to Victoria station and Buckingham palace. Reception and breakfast is at Tophams hotel which is probably a much more expensive alternative. Excellent breakfast and friendly service there. The room at Belgravia mews is basically a bed, a minimal toilet with shower and a tea kettle in a worn down building. Clean but very basic. Bed was ok. Wifi was not good though, had to stand in the stairway for it to work.

Cons: Your website gives the wrong impression of "type of hotel". four stars are certainly way too high considering the room we were allocated and the sewer smell we had to endure in the corridor/stair well.

Cons: The room was nicely decorated, but very dusty, toilet flashing button was broken and toilet was dirty - very bad impression!
