Pros: Absolutely fantastic value for the money. room was small, but what i expected. breakfast was fab! full english breakfast included in the price plus some additional add ons for breakfast if i wanted them. bed was comfy, room was clean and fresh. the staff was helpful and friendly. i also loved the fact that it was so close to the train station for me to ride into london every day. the staff helped me understand how to use the bus system and let me know what was in the area. it was close by to shopping and the main road. since i was traveling alone, i was glad that i felt safe walking everywhere even at night.
Cons: I didn't really have a place to lay my suitcase out where it wasn't blocking the doors in the room. the internet sometimes was dodgy, but i think if the router is reset, it's not a problem. overall, not really anything truly negative.

Pros: Clean hotel, easy connection to london city (very close to railstation).
Cons: Breakfast service did not run smoothly (could be better explained, or better organized), had to reset key-card every day at reception to get into room in the evening
