Outside building looked old and crapy, inside not better. Carpet, bathroom and furniture were filthy. Bathroom floor tiles were loose and broken. No wardrobe. TV was antique. Windows didn´t close properly. Heating only at night, but it was misteriously disconnected some nights, apparently by other customers, since the hetaing control was in the stairs way. When we complained, we were given another room, a bit better, still no wardrobe. Unfortunately, it was on top of the kitchen and breakfast smells invaded the room. Breakfast was a nightmare. Tiny kitchen and dinnig room. Everyday the same problems: not enough cultery, no cups or glasses and we had to eat breakfast in turns, waiting for the eggs, then for the milk, then for the toast, sometimes there was no juice or hot chocolate. No hot milk and undrinkable coffee. Service was more than inefficient, hardly spoke English and totally unproffesional treatment. We were used to Bayswater standard, nothing luxurious of course, but this is an incredibly low-quality accomodation.

worst hotel I have ever been to, the room wasnot heated and there wasnt hot water in the bathroom. Other than that, the bathroom wasnt that clean. I stayed only a night and that was horrible. I extremely discourage you to go there.

I was very disappointed with the hotel- firstly we did not stay in the hotel that was advertised but one adjacent to it. We were put in a room that was in the basement and the view from the window was a pile of rubbish. The road outside was very busy and we had a poor nights sleep because of the traffic and constant noise of police sirens- the police station is also located further up the road.The rooom was not very clean it looked tired and in need of decoration. The sheet on the bed I slept in had a tear in it and there were also some small marks on it. There was a fridge in the room which made a very loud noise when it came on so again affected our ability to sleep. I also believe I saw a cockroach come out of the bathroom in the early morning. I did not use the shower as there was mould on the ceiling above it and it did not look very clean.The breakfast was poor- the toast was cut into triangles and put in a tray so you had to rummage around for a piece, which presumably everyone else had done as well. It was cold and not well toasted. There was also beans and eggs, fried and scrambled, some cheap yoghurts and cereal plus juice and tea. I had paid £80 for one night in this hotel and it was very poor value indeed. The only positive was that it was near to Hammersmith Odeon where I was going with my youngest daughter to see a show. I have stayed in quite a few hotels and this is honestly one of the worst. The travelodge and Premier Inn accomodations are similarly priced, far cleaner and offer a good breakfast for a small extra cost. If I could have booked one of these I would. These so called budget hotels are just not trying and it is a rip off

If you don't have high expectations and would like to have cheap place to spend your nights, this is ok place to stay. Our friends who stayed at the same hotel with us were not quite as happy about our stay though since their first room smelled like cigarette and they had a mouse in their room and when they changed rooms there was a mouse in the other room as well. We had no such problems and we were quite happy with our stay. Perhaps the breakfastroom could have been a bit cleaner. And when we were leaving the person at the reception refused to call us a taxi, so that was kind of unfriendly.

My mate could of done with some bacon and i could of done with some real butter for my toast and marmalade.Other than that everything good.

The hotel was really nice and quite near of central. The hotel's staff was friendly and a room was clean. Noise of traffic was disturb on night time but I guess it's quite common so near in central.The price was ok compared to London central hotels- Breakfast was ok, but the there wasn't enough space for all customers every morning and we needed to wait on two mornings.

At first I was given a room in the basement with hardly no ventilation which made it very damp and so cold that I couldn't sleep.I complained and had another room in another building. That room was even smaller but at least the air was better. The room was so small that I couldn't pack my suitcase properly.I also need to complain about directions for this hotel. It says you have to change tubes, but the truth is that you do not have to if you arrive at Heathrow. You can just change from the tube to a bus at Hammersmith. There are quite a few routes and not many bus stops to go.

It was quite okay. The room was small and breakfast just till 9 o'clock in exchange it was very calm and the personnel was very nice.

When we checked in, i was told at the reception that we are going to stay in another building which is across the street and then will be having breakfast where the reception is. I was surprised and upset cos we had to come out of the building early in the morning. When we went to the other building, our room which was number 2 was at the top. Then smell of cigarette greeted us when i opened the main door but it smelt til the top floor. I opened the window of 2nd floor just to let the fresh air wipe away the cigarette smell. I think paying almost 60 quid for this booking is not worth it, cos the 50 quid hotel we had before in Paddington was a lot better than this which was fully booked.

My family and I just came home after 4 days in London. We stayed at Euro Hotel Hammersmith. When we entered the hotel we were met by smiling faces and helpfulness. We had a family room on the second floor and although the carpets and wallpaper was worn down it was clean with clean linen. The beds needs to be replaced as they are buckled and a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice with toast, scrambled and fried eggs, yoghurt, baked beens, two different types of cerial, milk, juice, coffee and tea. However the yoghurt was not there for one of the mornings and a slice of bacon would be nice. Despite these minor faults it was some wery nice days and we got what we paid for.

Not too clean. Not a slightest effort from management side to improve anything in the hotel - clean nasty walls, replace rusty accessories in the bathroom, replace curtains with holes in it - none of it. But again, cheap and has everything for decent sleep and good warm shower.

Cons: Other residents extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning. very basic amenities but in hindsight expect that is what you would expect for the price in london area, however clean bed linen. breakfast very basic kitchen roll on tables rather than napkins (maybe now i am being too finicky.

Pros: I booked a couple of quad rooms for myself and the large group of friends i travelled with and none had any complaints! we were all very pleased with the hotel the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms themselves were clean with fully working central heating (absolute bliss after a long day out and about!) and clean bathrooms with fully working showers.
the breakfast included in the price of the hotel was an added bonus.
Cons: Unfortunately one of the quad rooms was separated from the rest as the hotel rooms are in neighbouring buildings and not in one complex however the inhabitants were not complaining as they had a much larger room! this was minor though as the buildings were next door to each other and the helpful staff offered us extra keys to get in to each others buildings. apart from this 2 of the rooms did not have functioning bathroom locks and the hotel could fix these to avoid any likely disasters!

Pros: Great location for westfield shopping centre & a 5 minute walk to shepherds bush theatre
Cons: Could`ve been cleaner,breakfast not very warm.

Pros: The room was clean and reasonably priced the staff was kind when my son got sick and had to go to the hospital. we loved the location, shepherds bush is a great are with plenty of tube stations nearby. we would stay here again.
Cons: The shower door was coming off its track, however they said our bathroom was scheduled for a remodel soon. the clogged bathroom sink was fixed by my husband.

Pros: Juste next to a station on central line and next too a big shoping center. fridge in the room and possibility to take tea or cofee in the room. beakfast served from 7.30 to 9.00 : cereals, milk, chocolate, tea, coffee, eggs, baked beans, toasts, marmelade and butter.
yhe price : cheap for london.
Cons: Quite noisy. the brekfast room is quite small.....and food not good quality. in our room, it was smelling very bad in the shower room (cigarettes smell probably bring by the ventilation).
