"H10 review"

Enjoyed our stay. Was convenient location for our purpose. We were pleasantly greeted with a glass of champagne each on our arrival (although it was a little awkward checking in and carting our luggage up to the 12th floor with glass of bubbles in hand all at same time...) Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view across town. Our air conditioning unit was set on heat and we were unable to get it to cool, this combined with the fact that the windows are non opening made it quite warm in the middle of the night and by morning it was extremely warm. Front desk looked over crowded with staff on both check in and out as the desk looks built for 2 people and there was 5-6 behind there.

"Excellent Hotel"

Stayed during the weekend of 15-18 March, had room upgraded to deluxe, very good location near to Waterloo and Lambeth Road tube stations, close enough by bus or tube (15 mins) to anywhere in central London. Clean,comfortable and modern rooms with all the amenities you need.

"My expectations were too high."

Service was professional but sadly not friendly. Room was clean, comfortable, smaller than expected from the web photos. Great location for during the day, 10 minutes walk to tube station. Would not walk alone at night, did not feel safe.

"amazing hotel"

Gorgeous room with a view, had to pay extra for the view but it was worth it (especially at night)! The staff were very polite but I didn't eat breakfast there because it was quite expensive but then judging by everything else in the hotel it was probably very nice. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from waterloo station too, I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family!

"Short but sweet"

I stayed at the H10 Waterloo for just one night on business and it was a shame not to have been able to stay longer. The room was lovely - very clean and contemporary - and even had a nice coffee machine which I unfortunately didn't have time to use. Service on the desk was excellent; the hotel is also very well-located in close walking distance to Waterloo station.All in all a very pleasant stay and I would definitely book again and recommend to others.

"Very good hotel"

I really enjoyed my stay at the H10 hotel.The staff is friendly and helpfull. For breakfast you can choose from a differt range of product. Also we had a excellent dinner in the restaurant situated at the first floor.

"Week-end stay at H10"

Great hotel, with a good breakfast buffet. The room was very clean, of decent size with good insonorisation. The service is generally excellent.The only minor point is the location: the closest station, Lamberth north, is at 7 minutes walk. It's not really central. But the general quality outweigh this minor inconvenient.

"Quick weekend trip"

Found H10 Waterloo online. First ever stay with H10. In London for the weekend for a family wedding. Great price! Very clean, modern, organized, comfortable. Everything I needed and more. Definitely will book H10 anywhere I go.

I don't often write reviews - but had to.... Beautiful rooms, fab breakfast. a little expensive but worth it in the end. 5 mins walk from Waterloo train/tube. GO THERE!

"Fantastic Hotel"

This hotel was a great choice. It was modern and clean and very nice. The room was small but comfortable and the bathrooms were sparkling clean and had great showers. I really enjoyed our stay and would go back to this hotel again when visting London.

This has by far been the best hotel I've stayed in in London. The hotel is well-run, clean, and the staff is polite.There is a short walk to the underground station - but for the price, you couldn't get a better hotel.

"Alarming!"

With just a five minute walk from Waterloo Underground Station, this hotel is ideally located to access most of London's big attractions. The staff are polite and friendly, and the hotel is clean throughout.The breakfast is fantastic - something for everyone, and although the hotel was busy during our stay, we were seated and served quickly.The rooms are comfortable, and although quite basic, have everything you need. My only complaint is that the patio-style door in the room had poor seals, and therefore let rather a lot of noise in. We were only on the second floor - regular buses late into the night and the neighbouring ambulance station meant we were woken a number of times on both nights of our stay.One final moan - on the last morning of our stay, we were woken by the fire alarm at 5.15am, which sounded, on and off, for about 10 minutes. I ended up wandering through the hotel in my pyjamas, while three fire engines turned up outside. Fortunately there was no fire (just a fault on the system), but a quick apology to guests at breakfast would have been welcomed.Overall, an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here again - maybe next time on a higher floor, further away from the road!
