Pros: Great location, close to oxford street, yet very calm ( we were not disturbed by the traffic ) . the staff was very friendly in spite of our late arrival due to a flight delay. the room was very clean and spacious, with everything we might have needed ( a private bathroom, to start with, then, an iron, hair-dryer, tea and coffee ). so, we had a wonderful stay there and would recommend it to any traveller eager to discover london.

Pros: Very helpful staff, great location - very close to marble arch tube station.
Cons: Heaters were turned off throughout the night, the lights of the bathroom were not functioning.

Pros: Hotel location is brilliant its central to everything, 5 min walk from tube station and oxford street, perfect for shopping.service was great and the cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant.
Cons: No negative experiences but it was a disappointment that we could not get breakfast in the morning.

Pros: Nice and serviceminded staff.
Cons: At first we were chocked over the entrance, it did'nt gave us any good impression of the hotel, and the hotel seemed smaller than the pictures showed at the website.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the hotel. the hotel is centrally situated and easy to get around where we wanted to go.
Cons: We couldn't connect to internet during our stay because we were on the highest floor and too far for wireless to reach. wash basin was far too small!

Pros: In london you get what you pay for and in that respect it was reasonable value for money
Cons: I have a prosthetic leg and had to negotiate quite a lot of stairs which were a bit uneven and the carpet was a bit old - no-one to help me wit5h my bag
