Hotel Henry VIII London  

We had an OK stay at this hotel. Good breakfast and OK room. We asked the staff to order a taxi for us and they did, but the price we had to pay from the hotel to Victoria railway station was double of normal price....... shame

Pros: Clean rooms,nice neighborhood
Cons: The tube ran directly beneath our window, caused a lot of noise!!!

Pros: I got a very small tiny room on the 4th floor but very quite.breakfast is correct. staff and customers are mainly spanish. location is great and tube next door. perfect to visit london

Cons: We booked a double room and when we opened the door to our room we where very disappointed, it was tiny tiny! luckily we had small bags, i can't imagine how people can fit a big suitcase in that room! the bathroom was tiny tiny, it fit only one person at a time. the next day we were going to eat breakfast and passed other rooms in our hallway, they were about to clean them so we could see in. the rooms were bigger than ours but were also a doubleroom. we asked at the frontdesk if we could move to a bigger room and they answered that there were going to be a room available, but only the day after. we didn't get an explanation why we were booked in the smaller room. we were going to stay for 5 nights so it kind of felt like a ripoff to get the smallest room.
the breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special. it wasn't always fresh, the muffins and mini-donuts were at least one day old and there were no fresh coffe, only from a machine.

the rooms were clean and they changed towels every day.
this hotel is definately not worth the price you and up paying, look further if you have time, we didnt.

Pros: Rooms not large but adequate,rooms clean and tidy and staff are pleasant and remain in background until required
Cons: Communications directly with hotel prior to arrival are difficult

Pros: Good location and good selection on breakfast buffet
Cons: Aircondition did not work (reported twice)

Pros: Nice area, comfortable bed, all-you-can-eat breakfast.
Cons: Some reception staff didn't speak good english.

Pros: Good location close to hyde park
Cons: You could feel the tube rumbling in our room, the room was very small and the tv wasn't tuned.

Pros: Freindly staf , those that could speak english.
Cons: Hotel room was dissappointing, small, threadbare carpets. tired.

Pros: Quiet area of town, and a comfortable bed
Cons: The shower doors did not close completely, causing a leak to the bedroom downstairs. they simply moved me without problems

Pros: Staff at reception were helpful and polite.

Pros: Good position in london, easy to get too.
Cons: Fried breakfast was poor. air condition in bedroom did not work. the underground must of been near by, because the room was shaking every five minutes.

Pros: Staff very friendly, location was brilliant right beside hyde aprk and 5 mins from metro station. breakfast was nice and included in price.
Cons: Room wasn't great, walls and carpet were filthy. room on 1st floor was tiny and when walking downstairs seen double rooms twice the size of ours which seems a bit unfair. bar closed too early!! hotel laser machine doesnt accept irish laser(cirrus/maestro) found a few atms that didn't take it either... quite irratating!

Cons: Carpets worn, pool not so clean, some rooms are very small
