Pros: Fantastic !! we were on our way to dover to catch the ferry over to france and chose this hotel to break the journey up as we have 3 kids and didnt want the stress of being in the car for 12 hours. we arrived and went straight to the pool for a swim and sauna and steam - excellant. the staff are great and the whole hotel is immacculate. although we only stayed for one night i will most deffinatley reccommend ths hotel and will be using it again.
Cons: Only one thing - but its probably out of the hotels hands ..... got to bed for about 10.30pm and went straight to sleep. at 12.15am was woken up by the hotel room telephone ringing - the voice on the other end just said "oh i think ive dialed the wrong number, sorry" i dont know if it was from another room or reception but i jumped out of my skin as i couldnt find the light or the phone to answer it at first. and then took ages to get back to sleep to be up early the next morning to catch the ferry from dover.

Cons: Staff could have a list of available services in locality for example: launderette with clear directions especially for weary travelers. reception did do a list of laundry places but was sure on the directions provided and was looking for sometime on foot over 1 hour. staff ended up organising our washing for a good price which was always a better option than sending us out with not very good instructions.
