The room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was okay but please provide extra bed lining because the duvet coving was too small for me . Excellent services from staff member,good location and easy transport link within london.

Met the standard expected for the price & locality. Small, but very comfortable double bedroom, tastefully decorated. Fresh towels Day 1 and Day 2. Generous selection of tea/coffee and biscuits. Only negative was that the shower and basin were slow to drain. Would stay again.

Pros: Excellent location. very nice staff. again, excellent location.
Cons: The hot water pipe had a problem, for a week we had to let the water run for 10 minutes before we could take a hot shower.
every time the cleaning staff came (everyday) it neutralize our room key, so we had every day to go and fix the room key.

Pros: My room was recently renovated, clean & comfortable. hotel staff was friendly. location of the hotel is ok.
Cons: My hotel room was in the lower ground floor & rubbish bins directly outside my window. it seems renovations still going on, as i could hear workmen already early in the morning & i think it was them smoking outside my window. in case lift was not available, the route to ground floor & reception was long & cumbersome. the card key to the room got very easily de-magnetised & i had to ask reception several times to activate it.

Pros: Nice clean hotel, good location - 5 mins walk to paddington station, 15 mins walk to oxford street.
Cons: The hotel is under renovation at the moment. was noisy in mornings as workers started working at 8 am. no chance to stay in bed late ;)

Pros: After reading feedback about small rooms etc, i was reticent about booking, however it was really excellent. a double room for one with a bed three times the size of a single, great shower room (with baking hot floor). i was on the 6th floor overlooking the main road, and still very quiet. all in all a really good choice.

Pros: We booked deluxe room and were updated freely to club room for same price.doubled floor,bed upstairs,little kichenette and saloon downstairs, very comfortable double bed, although small room very clean and nice helpful staff. heated room and lots of extras in the room.
