We booked this hotel as it was close to a work event. The hotel is small and has a tiny reception. Upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a Club suite and helped to our rooms. The room was fantastic and the location is perfect. Could not have asked for a nicer hotel. The staff even gave us umbrellas when we ventured out in a downpour. Would recommend and book again if we could get such a good deal.

Pros: Good location, courteous staff fast checkin and out
Cons: Rooms too small, no wifi in common areas as advertised, stayed for 6 days but basic supplies like water(just 1 bottle) tea bags toiletries only once

Pros: The hotel is brand new, the rooms are small but smart, very modern, room is airconditioned, comftarble beds, there is a kitchenette inc microwave, lcd w/selection of tv channels.
Cons: The staff is very kind but inexperienced. there is no lift, i asked for a low floor room on my reservation's comments, but it was not delivered to the hotel.

Cons: The tv was faulty so could not use. unable to use basin as plug would not stay in . unable to charge phone as plug to near shelf to acomodate charger. rooms far to small

Pros: Internal decor is very modern.
Cons: Try not to pick the room next to the entrance as you can hear all kinds of sound from the reception area and corridor esp at the middle of night when the staffs are talking and walking pass etc...pick the rooms on the 1st floor if you do not have too much luggages.
