"Any time again"

The Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes London is a very pleasant hotel with charm. It is very centrally located. The rooms are a little small but well appointed and clean. The staff is very Friendly. Conclusion: a must for any Sherlock fan

"Felt like staying with family"

As a solo traveler and a woman, I felt well taken care of and really at home. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms were commodious as were the overall facilities. An excellent value in the heart of London, very well located to public transportation and within walking distance of the incomparable Regent Park.

The Hotel is located centrally and near a Tube station (convenient)The rooms are relatively small. Bed was good. They have a Bar and a Restaurantwhich serves till 10PMServices (fixing phone or light or bad odor in the room...) were less efficient and quick than expected

Cons: They had not been notified that an extra bed was required and your website did not inform
that this could only be added to a superior type of room. luckily they were obliging and provided an alternative room, but had they not had one available we would have been short of one bed
