Pros: Very kind hotel stuff, room clean, location excellent. if coming to london i will chose this hotel again.
Cons: the cleaning of our room (4-th floor) was usually at our resting time (14-16pm)-not very pleasant

Pros: Reception staff were very polite and helpful. very close to paddington station (4mins walk).rooms a little small but 3 decent size beds. i would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Bathroom very small but adequate. breakfast needs some re-organisation not enough food points for the number of tables in dining room.

Pros: The good thing about this hotel is, its less than a minutes walk from the train station.
Cons: The room was very basic.

Pros: The hotel is located in a spot that affords you to get on the tube fairly quick. you are also just around the corner from a selection of places to eat and hyde park is just down the way. yes the rooms are small but this place is for those who spend the least amount of time in their rooms.
Cons: The street side noise was on the loud side. many sirens throughout the night.

Pros: Excellent location beside paddington and good, friendly staff
Cons: Room was a bit basic but i guess thats why it was so cheap. sizeable enough by london standards.

Pros: Very good location, quite peaceful surrounding.
Cons: Very small rooms and bath rooms.

Pros: The personnel at the hotel were outstanding from the reception area and dining area to the cleaners. everyone was very accomodating and had cheerful attitudes. while the rooms are small, which is not uncommon in london, they are decorated nicely and very clean. the bathroom is especially small, but we do not need a huge bathroom for our needs.i certainly will stay at the abbey court again when the occasion arises. keep up the good work. i recomment this hotel to all ages.

Pros: Only good thing about hotel was its location. rooms were also clean which was good.
Cons: The room was very small. i was very unimpressed,not even enough room to walk around the beds. it was very disappointing. also rooms looked like they haven't been redecorated since the 1970s and the tv was very very old and had no remote. could not even open wardrobe door the room was so small. would not recommend to anyone unless you wanted something cheap and didnt care what it looked like. will not be staying here again.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, just down the road from paddington station. the staff were polite and friendly, they took my wish for a non-basement room into account and gave me a room on the first floor even though the hotel was fully booked.check-in and check-out went out smoothly and fast.the breakfast was included in the room price and was a buffet of baked beans, scrambled eggs, cold meats, etc. it was better than continental breakfast, so i didn't bother to order the full english breakfast with extra charge.my room was tiny but very very quiet! no noise from the streets nor from neighbouring rooms. it was really quiet so i had a good sleep there even though the hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of paddington station - and it was weekend with lots of people out on the streets!
Cons: I stayed in a single room (no 20), which was tiny! just a bed, a wardrobe, a small table. but everything i needed was there; even the coffee making facilities! the shower was tiny as well, but plenty of hot water, so in the end it was not that bad for the money i paid.

Cons: Was palced in a grond floor room which was next to a door that seem to be for all the cleaning staff to go through. with the constand banging and chatting outside the room leed to a very early wake up call !!!

Pros: Staff were very helpful and hotel was clean and tidy.
Cons: My only concern was that the room we had was very small and made dressing and changing become a real art.

Pros: Beautiful entrance hall that gives a wonderful first impression
Cons: I chose the hotel mainly because of the fact that it had a carpark we could use, but when we got there it was being refurbished so we couldn't use it and had to pay £19 to park for the whole day- it would have been massively appreciated if someone told us so we could have chosen another hotel!
staff were rude and unhelpful,
room was definitely not up to the same beautiful standard as the entrance hall,
hotel should make customers aware that that have to travel through congestion charge areas to get to the hotel.
