Pros: Very clean hotel. beds are very comfortable, bathroom is big enough, shower is good. location is nearby a subway station (about 300 meters).
Cons: Breakfast there was little to choose. only donuts and bagels. there were no spreads.

Pros: Small initial mix-up with the number of rooms that were reserved and paid for but was taken care of quickly and much to my satisfaction - kudo's!

Pros: None in particular, but the room was clean and adequate
Cons: The location isn't great. also breakfast is brutal. self service which is fine but they have an ignorant guy working there whom once the early finish time of 9.30am passes just dumps and the bread, coffee etc into the bin. once someone is finished at a table, he doesn't clean them up. breakfast area as a result was very dirty

Pros: Great location near subway - 15 minutes to time square. helpful staff organised transport to penn station at a reasonable price. good value for money, overall.

Pros: The only real issue i experienced would be the breakfast set up, found too many people at once in such a small area ended up not going to have breakfast found it quite a taxing job to get something to eat; otherwise everything else was great. many thanks.

Pros: Staff very helpful and efficient when solving our problems
Cons: Bad smell in room, problem with air condition, no bar, no restaurant, poor breakfast (small selection, ran easily out of many of them, cheap beverages and plastic plates and cups), nothing in the neigbourhood.. and i cannot believe this qualifies as a four star hotel
