Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. If the full payment is not received within 72 hours your reservation will be cancelled. - You will receive a separate confirmation form by email from the hotel which has to be signed and returned to the hotel within 48 hours. If you fail to return this form within 48 hours your reservation will be cancelled. - You are required to provide the names and nationalities of all guests who will be staying at the hotel. - No cancellations, modifications or no-shows are allowed.
