"Excellent hotel in great location close to the Luas"

The Red Cow Moran is always our first hotel of choice when travelling to Dublin. The location is excellent just a few minutes from the Luas Station. Very relaxing stay from the minute you check in with very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a family deluxe this time which was huge. Breakfast is fantastic with the full Irish being cooked on request (not sitting on serving trollies for hours like some other hotels). Overall would definitely recommend this hotel . and will stay there again on our next visit to Dublin.

"very good hotel with great location."

Our 4th stay at this hotel. have stayed in lots of hotels in ireland but this one seems to suit us best. this trip however was spoilt slightly by a bloke on reception who had an unhelpful way of dealing with people.maybe he was having a bad day,still i dont want to spend my money and have to put up with rude staff. if it happens again i will not go back.

the hotel was fine but your description of the hotel was not accurate........ the room did not have a minibar or safe or bottled water. the hotel staff were very helpful and it has a lot nice sitting areas.

"3 Days at The Red Cow"

staff were rude and abrupt on check-in. rooms have very thin walls if with connecting door as you can hear literally everything from next room which included full audio of a 45min fight in room next door to us. breakfast was very nice with very good service in the restaurant. very good location.

Pros: The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. the location to city centre wasn't as close as i thought it would be but access to the luas transportation system was. it takes about 30-40 minutes to get to city centre using the luas.

Cons: Very dissappointd with the price we paid. we paid £140 euro approx for bb and the hotel itself actually charged £59 pp dinner bed and breakfast.

Pros: Helpful friendly staff. on luas. clean nice room and shower. 24h reception. no problem with a late check in.
Cons: Slightly noisy in the room; not terribly well insulated for noise. no fridge in room. small tv etc for "executive double"
