The room is very clean. It is near train station and main attraction sites. The location is good. But it might be a little noisy as it is in a restaurant street. And the guests should notice that only cash be accepted for the payment.

Everything was great! I can't point out anything that wasn't up to standard. I've stayed in other hotels during my trip and this one was the cleanest, the staff were most helpful, pleasant and everything was just the way it should be. I'd stay there again if I was going back and I'd really recommend it to everyone.

Spotless rooms and shared bathroom also very clean. Fantastic location. Within walking distance of all the main attractions and is less than 100m from the Duomo. The street that it is on also seems to be lively with lots of tourists and restaurants. Also only a short distance from the main train station which is very convenient.The lady at the front desk was very happy and nice, good english and always greets with a smile.This hotel is great vaue for money.

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy room. Less than a minute walk from the Duomo! The staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location: Near the Train station, and most attractions in Florence. Good price for a big and clean room. Nice personnel.The room we reserved did not have a private bathroom, so we hat to share a bathroom with 3 more guests, I think.No internet available in the hotel.The door closes at 1:00 am (which was not a problem to me)Overall, I liked my stay in this hotel

Pros: The staff was excellent. after a long journey finding the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. i really appreciated their kindness.
Cons: They do not have a large sign, logo, canadian flag anywhere on the street so the hotel was a bit hard to find.

Pros: Very clean, very polite staff, near to the central duomo square and near to the main railway station.
Cons: Nothing negative impressions

Pros: Our room was very clean, and that was nice. it is located down the block from the leather market and san lorenzo church and going the other direction, the duomo. the location is the big thing about this place.
Cons: You have to walk up over 50 stairs to get to the entrance. imagine that with luggage. it is definitely not a handicap accessible building. this is not a hotel, it is a hostel. there is a shared bath and a curfew. the woman who was working the desk was weird. kind of that nosy mother in law who is faking being happy. my sister and her boyfriend stayed here a week later (because of the price) and had the same experience. because the hostel is located inbetween two popular attractions, the noise was incredible. we had to be up at 4:30 am and had trouble falling asleep because of the noice. there was no tv/radio or anything.

Pros: The hotel itself was very clean and located close to not only the train station, but also shopping, restaraunts, and the duomo
Cons: The curfew was inconvenient, i didn't feel that we could come and go as we pleased, and it was noisy at night. also, for what we paid, there were absolutely no amenities.
