Should not even be considered as a 2 star hotel, it doesn't even look like a hotel. Their restaurant was fool of garbage bag. I think they use it as a syorage room for the african store on the front of the hotel. nothing against african people, but they had free access to the building anytime. they were just going back & fort. rooms are messy & rent them to the africans i supposed. the guy at the reception said the water runs only for 3 hours a day. I travelled. together with my husband & 4month old baby & that place DOESN'T LOOK SAFE AT ALL. A lot of weired people on the area. we cancelled once we went in the room. stayed there for 5mins then we left the place. & they charged us 45€ still. i suggest remove this hotel on ur list. & never get a hotel by the train station in Italy, worst. place to stay.

I have stayed in many hotels in my travel but my experience at Viola hotel was terrible. While services in the hotel could be managed, nothing can replace the assurance of hospitality which a friendly receptionist offers to the guests. I arrived at the hotel at about 19, 00 hrs on Sunday 11th March 2012, and the attitude of the receptionist immediately informed me that probably I made a wrong choice opting for the hotel. He was so nervous! Just because I could not open the entrance door immediately he pressed the control button sent him on a shouting spree!Again, I booked a room in the hotel some days before my arrival, but on my arrival, I had to wait for about 15 minutes, standing in front of the reception desk. Even though I was tired, I was also afraid to ask the receptionst for a place to sit down while I wait due to the fact that he was already nervous.When finally I got to the room (N. 9), I was welcomed by a bed spread covering that was all patched up. The towels were rumpled up and unkept. Because of how the receptionst treated a guest who was asking for the remote control of the TV set in his room, I decided not to attemtp to ask for mine because I did not see any when I packed in. The only positive thing about the hotel is that it is located near the train station. Of course I will check in to your hotel on my next trip, but on one condition: That the Inn located near the hotel has no room. I was just crossing the Inn when in search of a restaurant and the disposition of the receptionst in directing me on how to locate a restaurant was inviting, I will definitely be their guest.Do not think that I am complaining! I am only giving you feedback hoping that it will help you in giving your Viola Hotel a Human Touch!
