It is also very close to Piazza Euclide which is a famous place for its posh bars and cafés. The housing was mostly built in the 1920s and 1930s.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows: up to 6 weeks from arrival 15% of the total amount between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the arrival 50% of the total amount before 4 weeks before arrival 100% of the total amount. An extra-charge of €12,50 per person will be added to the total amount for the final cleaning service and use of linen and towels.
