Tegens: Erg gehorig!! de hotel kamers liggen geleden aan de receptie.
een mannelijke medewerker leek nonstop dronken te zijn en was alles behalve professioneel. middenin de nacht(5u) voerde hij telefoongesprekken zo ontzettend luid, dat slapen onmogelijk was!!! op deze klacht ging men niet echt op in.
op de site staat dat het hotel 20meter van het terminni station is, dit moet 10minuten zijn!

Pros: Friendly staff, willing to give information. very good location, 5 minutes walk from termini station and 2 minutes walk from the nearest metro station.
Cons: Definitely not a three star hotel. more like a two star hotel.
the hotel is in the third floor of a building and has very few rooms. this is not mentioned in the website. the elevator was more than 50 years old. the blankets were dirty (full of hair and dust).
very expensive for 60 euros per night. i would gladly pay up to 30 euros per night - no more.
