Hotel Mozart Rome    

We were very pleased with the hotel, room, cleanliness, service and excellent breakfast in a pleasant room. The location was great, near to the Spagna metro station and an easy journey from the airport, taking the shuttle bus to Termini main station and 3 stops from there on the metro. Reception was most helpful in taking luggage to our room and advising us on restaurants in the evening. We would have loved an English newspaper to join the others on the rack in the lounge area!

Turned out to be the perfect location for all the main tourist attractions so we were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful cobbled streets all around with excellent little pizzeria and cafes. There is a music school just opposite the hotel so we had the wonderful sounds of classical music floating through the windows - very atmospheric. We were also really close to the best shops. The first night was really noisy as the room overlooked the Via del Corso which is a fairly main street, but the atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect from being in a city and we realised that with the windows and shutters closed, and the air-conditioning on, we were able to sleep very well for the next couple of nights. Bizarrely the noise was mainly from street cleaning in the middle of the night! The service was extremely efficient and polite but quite 'hands off' i.e we did not have a huge amount of communication with hotel staff (breakfast was all self-service) but it meant we could come and go from the hotel very easily. The room was spacious and comfortable with a spotless, spacious boutique bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. A really lovely hotel that we would definitely return to - and the room we were given was exactly as described and as appeared in the photo i.e no tricks like wide-angled lenses. We were even able to leave our cases at Reception for a couple of hours on the last day, after checking out, so that we could do some shopping before departing.

Lovely hotel…wonderful location…beautiful breakfast…extremely comfortable bed…but, unfortunately, we didn't sleep well…it may have simply been our room location (right by the open area with the bar, TV, sofas, computers….we were in room 120…there was another room next door…the walls were paper thin…we could almost make out what they were saying…very loud…we used earplugs and still had trouble sleeping. It would finally get quiet about 2:00am. Traveling Americans were not staying up that late...

This hotel is really well located and it's quite. The quality of the breakfast is also very good, especially the foods served and the services. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.If we have to come in Roma, we'll probably go to this hotel again.According to me, the rate quality/cost is good.

Pros: Our room was clean quiet and staff helpful polite and efficient. breakfasts were excellent.
Cons: We expected a shower as described in the hotel details (as you would expect in most 4 star hotels)and there was only a bath with shower attachment. the bathroom, although clean enough, was very tired and you had to be careful not to get water everywhere if you used the overhead shower.

Pros: Check in was very easy , most of the staff was helpful. the front desk did not answer the phone when we called and we had to go down to ask a question. but the location is good , a bit of a walk to the colliseum since it is at the opposite end of the street. but very nice hotel for comparitave price to other hotels.

Pros: The location of the hotel was ideal for access to all sites. the rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. staff at the hotel were very extremely helpful
Cons: Single room was not of the same standard - too small for the price

Pros: Excellent central location. good breakfast. nice staff.
Cons: First room we had - which was in the "superior" class; window faced a blank wall with no view or light. safe was too high up to reach without standing on a chair,bathroom tiny.

Pros: Room was clean and well presented on arrival. also cleaned every day during our stay. all staff we met were polite & helpful with any request i..e taxi, suggested restaurant etc being no trouble.
Cons: Noise from outside during the night, and also from neighbouring rooms.

Pros: No positive experience.
Cons: Staffs are not really helpful after we refused to go the villa to stay.they should tell customers about the villa when booking for reservation. you need to pay for sky channels.

Pros: Very good buffet breakfast and related staff. also good intimate roof terrace.
Cons: Rather expensive.

Pros: Everything about the hotel mozart was positive. helpful staff, excellent facilities - breakfast room, day lounge room, and the rooms we had on two occasions were large and comfortable. not like the usual rome accomodation at all! i think we were lucky because our friends had a smaller room on both occasions, for the same price. but our experience was excellent. thank you

Pros: Hotel staff was very helpful and thorough with every request. i would definately stay htere again.
Cons: No negative experiences whatsoever.
