Pros: When we arrived the receptionist offered us an upgrade on the room we had already booked which was fantastic. hotel location is absolutely fantastic, in a quiet area but right next the the shops and main attractions. how to get there instructions were forwarded to me by the staff in advance of the trip and i would advise people to follow these rather than carting your luggage through venice.

Pros: Once inside the hotel we were very pleasantly surprised - its not every day you get the luxury of beautifully upholstered walls :)

Pros: The room was absolutely stunning and the location was great, in between rialto bridge and sand marco square.
Cons: The reception was quite difficult to find and we got quite frustrated but with some assistance found it in the end.

Gasten die "Residenza Ca' San Marco" bekeken, hebben ook gekeken naar:
Tegens: Om die reden echter ook slecht te vinden. de door het hotel aangegeven(loop) route vanaf de rialtobrug zou enige aanpassing behoeven. wij konden er helaas niet mee uit de voeten. op het kaartje (plattegrond van stad) dat we naderhand van hen kregen stond het echter wel keurig aangegeven.
