• Reconcile cash positions to prior day projections
• Prepare reports, analyze and inform people relating to their involvement
• Support overall relationship management with commercial banks and other third party service providers
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Preparation of annual financial budgets together with the General Manager
• Cash flow control
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual KPI reports
• Advise the General Manager about the situation and the possibility of improvements
• Cost control
Improve the current accounting system

Requirements:
Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Dutch
• Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3 to 5 year experience in accounting or finance in a supervisory position
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
• Good analytical skills
• Experience with Electronic Banking
• Knowledge of Dutch tax law
• Knowledge of financial computer applications
• Knowledge of salary administration
• Knowledge of cash management

Job Description:
As a Hotels Coordinator you are directly responsible for all hotel accounts in the cities assigned to you, which are available on EasyToBook.com website(s) and you will be reporting directly to the company’s Sales Manager. You are also responsible for the optimization of these hotel accounts in collaboration with the Account Managers and the Sales Manager in order to maintain and improve all existing hotel accounts.

Tasks:
• Frequently optimize hotel accounts together with hotel Account Managers in order to bring better revenue results.
• Be responsible for the delivery of correct hotel information.
• Check up hotel accounts of new joining hotels in order to put them online properly.
• Check efficient statistics concerning reservations and cancellations and follow up with the Account Managers to bring better revenue results.
• Change data in hotel accounts if required by hotels (pictures, text etc) outside the activated cities.
• Assist in allocating new potential hotels by using different tools.
Work on additional projects assigned by the Sales Manager.
Fill in for missing Account Managers in times of vacation or business trips to minimize the work load.

Our ideal candidate:
• Is at least a HBO graduate
• Is fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Has good knowledge of Spanish, Italian or French (this is an advantage)
• Has at least one year of experience with e-commerce in the hotel industry (this is an advantage)
• Has good communication skills
• Has good computer skills and knowledge of internet
• Has very good eye for detail
• Is a real team worker but can also work independently
• Is motivated, responsible and a proactive person
