Very friendly staff, very helpful. it was a nice hotel in an excellent location for a reasonable price. we would stay again.
The flight arrived early in the morning and there was no secure room to store the bags until the room was ready. we had to leave them in public view in the lobby. fortunately they had been untouched when we returned, but i doubt the single desk clerk was able to watch them full time.Anoniem

Le camere non sono grandissime ma sono sufficientemente confortevoli. la colazione è abbondante. il personale molto gentile.Qualche problema con la carta di credito: in pratica all'atto della prenotazione è stato effettuato un impegno in denaro sulla carta da noi fornita e poi all'arrivo in hotel ci hanno chiesto di effettuare il pagamento vero e proprio dicendo che all'atto della prenotazione loro non fanno nessun prelievo. la banca sta eseguendo dei controlli per verificare che non abbiano effettuato un doppio prelievo. nel qual caso noi abbiamo tutte le ricevute e pertanto ci riserveremo di contattare sia voi che l'hotel per il rimborso del dovuto.Gaffurini Fabio
