When we arrived at the hotel we were not allocated the room we had paid for. (triple) this was due to a leak. we therefore stayed in two separate rooms. one which had a shower and not toilet and the other which had both. the website described our stay as bed and breakfast. there was no facility at the inn for a cooked breakfast, you had to pick you 'breakfast bowl' up form reception on your return the evening before. this was all well and good as we were provided with a 'breakfast' yet the room was that small there was no facility to eat your breakfast resulting in the three of uss squashing onto the bed.
this hotel is great for young travellers who are looking for a cheap night in the centre of london, but i would not recommend it to anybody else.

Lepersone al ricevimento molto disponibiliAl mio arrivo durante il ceck-in qualche problema per le camere da me prenotate.4 camere 3 doppie euna tripla volevano essere sostituite in una familiare da 6 euna tripla...pagando cmq il prezzo della prenotazione.le camere consegnate alle 18.00.....camere molto molto piccole...da evitare le stanze nel semiterrato, umide e rumorose
