Goede ligging middenin manhattan en bij de subway
Erg veel geld voor wat je krijgt en de tax is 16% bovenop het bedrag van easy to book. let daar op!!Anoniem

My room (private) was very clean. bathrooms were pretty clean as well, should be a bit better. Noise of streaming water in bathroom, in my room. not to bad. Anoniem

Prima locatie. hotelkamers zijn schoon en groot genoeg, alles is aanwezig. Het gebouw is wat oud en de badkamers zijn niet allemaal even goed en schoon, bovendien zijn die op de gang. de hele indruk is meer dat van een hostel dan van een hotel.Anoniem

Das hotel ist sehr einfach jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet. jeden tag wird das zimmer und die betten gemacht. das bad wird auch täglich gereinigt. waren positiv überrascht.Anoniem

Ich fand die leute an der rezeption sehr nett. eine freundin kam am 3. tag hinzu und ich konnte mein einzelzimmer für ein doppelzimmer sofort ohne probleme einwechseln. obwohl es manchmal kakalaken auf der toilette zu finden waren, fand ich die einrichtungen mehrheitlich sauber (ich denke man kann in new york nicht so viel gegen die fiecher machen, die sind einfach überall). ich denke der preis-leistungsverhältnis für new yorker verhältnisse ist doch gut.Anoniem

The maid service was quick, carefully and trustful. my sheets and towels got changed immediately. the location of riverside studios is very good, the neigboorhood is safe and late at nights lonely women are walking on the street with their dogs. the postitive thing with the bathrooms on the floor that they are for single use, so you can lock the door and be alone. so it felt more like living in a shared apartement (in german: wg). this hotel is definetively okay for single travellers. the floors (carpet!) are dirty and you can hear every step a person make in the room above you .The bathrooms are dirty and sometimes i couldn`t lock the door. also there were roaches in the bathroom. there is no breakfast included and no ice, coffee or beverages machines on the floors. the price is expensive for the less comfort. be sure to bring flip flops with you to feel comfy in the shower.Anoniem

You get what it says on the tin - a budget hotel. saying that we found it an ideal base for sightseeing, not far from a good subway connection. the area was quiet and we felt very safe. our room was huge, more of an apartment. friends stayed the same week at a high-end hotel and had a really poky room! we'll definitely return. cafe 71, at the end of the street near 72nd st subway is open all hours and does great food.The decor of the passageways could put you off, it needs freshening up. i can't speak for other rooms but ours was just fine.Anoniem
