The staff at the check in desk were not friendly and rude. our room was not ready and they kept us waiting for 40 minutes before they could give us another room for the first night. they did not apologise for the inconvenience either. when we received the triple room that we had booked, the bathroom light was not working. we contacted the front desk about this, but it was never fixed during our stay.
