Rooms we're very clean and towels and bedding changed everyday. good air con system. friendly staff.
Room was very small very different to website pictures. shower was very small. lift did not work on one of the days had to pull suitcases down several flights of stairs. asked reception to order us taxi and said she could not get through so gave us very poor directions where we had to go on metro and by foot, we ended up walking round for an hour. also asked for room service late at night and was told it was not avalible but in the room service leflet in the room it said that it was avalible at the time?
