The location was excellent, as you could see the eiffel tower from the courtyard, and from some of the rooms (not ours unfortunately) and main attractions, such as the louvre were a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. it was also very easy to find and close to the train station via the metro.
The staff come by very early for cleaning and are very persistent. the cleaning crew came through at 10 am and would simply not let up until we let them in. if you are a late riser, make sure to put up the "do not disturb" sign!Hunter

Every single member of staff were delightful, helpful and supremely polite. this is a definite recommendation and if i ever go to paris again (which i will!) i'll stay at this hotel again not only because of its easy location, but also because i've not a bad word to say about it.Anoniem

Location was excellent and staff were very helpful. Room was not as big as we were lead to believe and didn't get the view we asked for considering we paid extra for a privileged room.
