Ideally located in the heart of Montparnasse, the property benefits from excellent underground connections (3 stations available less than 5 minutes on foot) to get directly to all Parisian main areas, such as the Eiffel Tower, St-Germain des Prés, the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées or even the Louvre museum and Notre Dame.
