Cancellations by voice aren't accepted. In case of no-show, ONE night no show would be charged on the credit card submitted for stays of less than 6 nights and THREE nights for longer stays. The hotel reserve the right to control through his bank the validity of the credit card details submitted by the travel agent and if they aren't valid, the reservation wouldn't be registered without informing the client. Should a stay be shortened or cancelled after arrival, no claim for reimbursement will be accepted.
