The staff, especially the concierge (most of them) were very knowlegable & showed us where & how to get to our destination.
The mattress and pillows were too soft, need to invest in new mattress's & pillows.Anoniem

Lo utilice unicamente para dormir en un buen hotel, despues de estar en disney varios dias, y desde el mismo centrar mis visitas por la ciudad. en cuanto al hotel tengo que darle un notable alto, tal vez un poco caro.Unicamente una cosa que no me ha gustado nada, y quiero denunciar. la reserva que hice yo fue con desayuno incluido, mi sorpresa fue una vez en el hotel, se me dijo que no estaba incluido. por lo tanto me tuve que gastar mas dinero, habiendolo pagado anteriormente. por esta razon estoy muy descontento con el hotel Ó con la compaÑia de reservas. me gustaria que se me ratificara de alguna manera. de ser asi es cuando le pondria un sobresaliente a toda la operacion.
