The hotel is located centrally, just a tram stop away from the main station. shops are open nearby till late night and te police station is few meters away. very safe place to stay.
The hotel receptionist need to work more on their welcoming manners and treating the guests. they were very cold and did not offer any warmth. just give papers, get key, return key. no smiling faces.
