--airco was not working; staff promised to switch rooms the other day, but then they told us that the airco wasn't working in all the rooms :s???!! so we stayed in the same rooms (517+518) with a fan
--room 518 was not cleaned by arriving (21h); the mess of the previous guests are still there; reception cleans it herself; but still: on the second day we found a dirty sock in the corner of the room! that means the cleaning ladies are not good at all!
