Wanneer je de moeite neemt wat spaans te proberen te spreken is het personeel zeer bereid je wegwijs te maken, tips van de hand te doen, vriendelijk te woord te staan, etc. het ontbijt is prima verzorgt, nette kamer, vriendelijk voor de kinderen, uitstekende ligging. goed gehumeurd personeel, kortom wij hebben een prima tijd gehad
Beheersing van de engelse taal van het personeel is niet al te best (wat je van een personeelslid in een eu land - hoofdstad, binnen de toeristen sektor wel zou mogen verwachten)
