"Comfortable Stay in central location"

Initially, the room that was given to us was unbearably smelly with an overwhelming smoky odour. It was a pleasant room with twin beds and big bathroom. We returned to the room after a few hours but the smell had not dissipated. We requested for a different room and they promptly upgraded us to a bigger room that was free from the smoky smell. The hotel is centrally located in Seville and all the interesting sights are within walking distance or there is a tram rail nearby. Be more aware that due to many confusing lanes and alleys you might get lost without google map to locate the hotel. We stayed for 3 lovely nights.

"A nice hotel in Seville"

Beautiful decor and ambience in foyer and bar. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished . The breakfast area was very busy and a little hurried and unwelcoming - it felt like one was a number in a production line. The location was reasonable for sightseeing .

"Great Vacation"

I came to vist my daughter who is in a "study abroad" program in Seville. The hotel is a gem. This is one of the few times that a hotel was much nicer than advertised on its website. The buidings condition was near perfect. All of the staff we had contact with were very nice and went out of their way to accomodate us. We had a rental car and used the hotels valle parking service. The service is not cheap but after spending some time in Seville, you realize that there is no other good parking. The free wifi area is huge, very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located to see all of the must-see sites in Sevile and all are within walking distance (wear comfortable shoes).

"Staying in Seville"

Great location, easy to walk to main sights of historical interest, Staff very pleasant and helpful with recommendations. Furniture in the foyer needs recovering as it is very worn looking, but don't let this put you off as overall it is a very good hotel.

"Good hotel but trip marred by refusal to give refund"

The hotel was average/good although staff were somewhar aloof and not very friendly.. We were originally booked for 3 nights but as a result of having to bring forward travel arrangements by a day due to the Spanish General Strike, we asked for a refund for our last night. We were refused and booking conditions quoted to us. This is very poor customer relations by the hotel as the only reason we wanted to cancel was because of the Spanish General Strike. The hotel could have made a goodwill gesture but its inflexible attitude left us with a very poor impression.of it.

Pros: Struttura con ottime finiture e ottima posizione, se rapportato al prezzo. camera silenziosa e ampia, anche se dava su un piccolo pozzo luce; bagno spazioso e funzionale.
Cons: Peccato manchi piscina sulla copertura, in cui già c'è terrazza ristorante (a parte, ma caro); la piscina sembra realizzabile con facilità. personale reception poco disponibile, inoltre non parla per nulla italiano. colazione eristorante cari, anche se in bella sala.
