It's nice to come to a hotel and have the feeling that you're the first one using the room. the staff was very professional and always willing to lend a helping hand in everything. smiling faces are nice to see. very close to the shopping centre and to the main bus station (for airport connection). individual airco that worked fine, plenty of tv channels... all in all a very satisfying stay!!!
Nothing really. maybe only that if i would return to bristol, definetly to this hotel. but i would have my breakfast outside in one of the many bars in the shopping centre. the breakfast was good, don't get me wrong: the fresh fruit salad was very fresh everyday!!! but the english breakfast thing in general is not for me.
