Kamer zag er verzorgd uit, personeel was bereidwillig, de ligging was vlak naast het centrum van londen dus goed bereikbaar.
Het was jammer dat vrijwel alles van het ontbijt voorverpakt was en dat het fruit wat er stond uit blik kwam. ik kreeg de indruk dat dezelfde eieren elke dag weer klaarstonden, ze waren koud, ook toen wij 5 minuten voor het officiele begin van de ontbijttijd in de ontbijtruimte kwamen.Haentjens

Hotel heeft prima kamers en centrale ligging voor de gevraagde prijs.Gebouw is zeer gehorig, we hoorden werk op straat/in andere gebouwen, bovenburen en het ontbijtbuffet in de ruimte naast onze kamer.
