Hotel Ekazent Schönbrunn Vienna

Hotel very much. A quiet, clean. However, the next visit I will likely choose a hotel closer to the center of the city. I will recommend the hotel to friends, especially parents with children.

Pros: Lovely, bright room. loads of space.
mostly lovely staff.
transport easily accessible.
Cons: One member of reception staff couldn't be bothered with answering enquiries or helping in any way!
road works early in morning and 'the bells! the bells!' - very noisy!!!
no tea making facilities in room and communal drinks machine not working! big thumbs down. we british like our tea in the morning!!!

Pros: Room was clean and quiet, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. it's a short walk to either the street car or the u-bahn, which can take you into the first district in about 15 minutes. it's in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants and shops.

Pros: All desk attendants were very courteous and helpful. they answered our questions and recommended dining and touring options. they were patient, kind, and desired to meet our expectations. if you bring your laptop, there is free internet access in the lobby. for a fee, they will wash, dry, and fold your laundry. this was the only hotel on our european itinerary with this service and it was worth it.
Cons: We were told about breakfast, however did not understand there was an extra charge. however, considering the reasonable price of the room, the breakfast buffet and ambiance was worth the extra 7.50 euro.
