Hotel's exterior gives a false impression - it is very clean inside. Staff are very efficient. Rooms are basic ( no kettle) but nevertheless clean. Breakfast was typically continental, but you need to get to the dining area before 09.45. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Parking is included but there was no free space. no wi-fi. there was no shampoo in the room, just liquid soup. room was not conditioned.

Pros: Great hotel aesthetically, modern facilities, funky rooms. the tram stop is directly across the road, which is good for easy access to the city centre, as is mcdonalds, which is open til at least 2am every day...
Cons: The rooms had no a/c, and we stayed there in mid july, the ambient temperature in our room was about 33-37°c. the hotel lobby also had no a/c, so there was nowhere to go to escape the heat. they did not make up our room because we left 20 min after they initially knocked on the door. the breakfast was also unsatisfactory, they were always short on food for everyone.
